#Kindly ensure that the delivery details are correct. There will be a $5 administrative charge for change of delivery details after 5th Feb 2023. Changes has to be made at least 2 days in advance of delivery date. Thank you.

Delivery Policies

If you would like to change the delivery date/time of your order, please give us notice 48hours in advance of the original delivery date.

Changes to location made within 24 hours prior to the delivery date and time would incur a surcharge of $20.

If at the time of delivery, no recipient or representative is available to receive the flowers, the courier will call the recipient for further instructions. After 10 minutes from the courier's arrival, the flowers will be left at the reception or at the door. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. A picture will be taken & send to you to show that delivery was successfully done.

Should any party (sender or recipient) request for a re-direction to a different address or a re-delivery at another time slot, it will only be scheduled upon payment of a $20 re-direction fee by either party. We advise customer not to reschedule the pick-up or delivery more than 2 days from the original pick-up or delivery date as this will compromise the freshness of the flowers.
